30-Day, Hassle-Free Returns!
We hate returns as much as you do and try to make the process as quick, easy, and painless as possible. Our standard return policy on our products is 30-days from the date of receipt. Within this time frame, the product may be returned to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. We calculate the time frame by using the date that the shipping company confirms the item has been delivered to you. After 30-days your case enters the manufacturer’s warranty period and can only be returned to us for a repair or replacement. To request a return or open up a warranty claim on your battery case, please send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number and the specific reason for your return in the email. In order to return a product you must receive a return authorization number from our return’s team. Any return that does have a return authorization number previously provided by our return’s team will be denied. All products being returned to us for a refund or exchange must be in “like new” condition and contain all original components including the product box and manuals. Please be sure to package all items securely. We are not responsible for items that get lost or damaged in transit being returned to us. Please also be sure to use a traceable shipping service for the return and retain the tracking number for the shipment. Please note that we do not accept returns for open screen protectors. We will make all efforts to cancel any order prior to shipment when possible. Please note that once an order is placed through our website, we are unable to guarantee any order cancellations prior to shipment. We know it’s always a bummer to receive a product that is not working perfectly. Although not very common, we do occasionally see cases that may contain manufacturer’s defects. In these situations, we understand our customer’s frustration and work diligently to get our customers a working case as quickly and efficiently as possible. If a product is found to have any defect within 30 days from the date of receipt please contact us to arrange an immediate exchange. We can usually arrange an exchange the same business day. We never want our customers to go without a case for long. Please note, for many of our battery cases we do offer several different models that all feature different designs and appearances. If you are not satisfied with the model case you received, please let one of our friendly customer service representatives know. We are always glad to arrange an exchange with a model that may be a better fit for your needs.
If you are in need of a battery case, we want to earn your business! Please note, for most model phones, we offer several different model battery cases. These different models will be different sizes, weights, and offer different levels of protection for your phone. If you are not satisfied with the model you originally ordered and received, please let us know and we would be glad to investigate if we offer another model that may be a better fit. Exchanges with us are always fast and free and we want all of our customers to be fully satisfied with their AMP battery case. With our fast and free exchange policy, we do charge a 10% restocking fee on all returns of non-defective cases. Our customers can avoid the restocking fee by arranging an exchange or having us issue store credit. Please note, all shipping and handling charges paid are non-refundable.
If you purchase an open box or clearance battery case from us, you may return it within 30-days for an exchange or store credit only in the event of a manufacturer’s defect. These deeply discounted products are not eligible to be returned for a refund.
Our cases come with a full manufacturer’s warranty covering any manufacturer’s defects once the 30-day return period has expired. The timeframe of the warranty varies between products and is typically listed in the product description. Please use the link below to open a warranty claim on your case. We will typically reply within 1-business day with return instructions. The defective case must be sent back to us for a no-cost repair or replacement.
